The Coolabi Group are looking to expand their content and brand marketing team in London by recruiting a Digital Marketing Exec working into the Director of Digital to help with digital marketing and brand management across all the brands.


Roles & Responsibilities

Social & Digital:

  • Collaborate with Product & Design and Social Media Manager to create assets for use on digital channels including images and videos
  • Complete report of digital stats each month for distribution to management and the wider teams. Evaluate digital analytics, sharing trends, performance and key learnings with wider business along with recommendations
  • Work closely with external partners to manage development of new apps & games across several brands within the portfolio, execute the marketing plan for each of these new releases.
  • Regularly audit and update brand websites to support promotional activity and launches using CMS
  • Manage briefing and delivery of small websites/digital projects from agencies when needed
  • Put together and manage e-mail newsletters
  • You Tube – manage external agency to oversee content, channel management and reporting of brand channels
  • Contribute to the management and promotion of e-commerce platforms for consumer products.
  • Keep up to date with media trends and research, and share learnings periodically with the wider team

Brand Management/Marketing support:

  • Contribute to brand planning and execution of marketing tactics
  • Co-ordinate brand marketing and presentation materials/decks using Powerpoint
  • Collate and update brand asset tool kits for use by licensees
  • Liaise with team to ensure effective presence at industry events

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Able to create and edit visual content – basic knowledge of Photoshop necessary (and PremierePro desirable)
  • Experience using Powerpoint to design strong visual presentations
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics reporting and evaluation
  • Some web-based CMS experience
  • Excellent at building relationships with both external and internal key stakeholders
  • At least a year of marketing experience within a busy marketing team
  • Understanding of entertainment/kids/family brand marketing and passion for the brands
  • Ability to communicate well and get things done in a proactive manner

Desirable Skills

  • Social media management and strategy
  • Knowledge of TV, publishing and consumer products or strong desire to learn
  • Managed external agencies / partners
  • Email newsletter creation
  • Ecommerce marketing
